Damage or loss insurance services. Pecuniary loss insurance services. General liability insurance services. The provision of a range of non-life insurance services. The services have been divided into eight Lots. Organisations are invited to bid for any number or combination of Lots, with organisations being invited to propose discounts for winning multiple lots. Applications will only be considered from organisations able to clearly demonstrate they have relevant experience in providing the insurance services applicable to the relevant Lot which include the following:

    Lot 1: Property insurance services (including general properties, education and housing stock);

    Lot 2: Housing properties insurance services;

    Lot 3: Fidelity guarantee services (fraud by employees);

    Lot 4: Combined Liability insurance services (Employers, Public and Professional Liability);

    Lot 5: Motor vehicle insurance services (private cars and commercial vehicles);

    Lot 6: Engineering inspection sand insurance services;

    Lot 7: Group personal accident and travel insurance services;

    Lot 8: Property terrorism insurance services.
